In her story, Song is a 24-year-old woman of Irish and Japanese heritage, twin to Rhythm. A disaster in her fictional world cost her an eye and affected part of a hand. She chose softness after the worst day of her life; grief taught her generosity. A white duck rarely leaves her side.
That story is fiction, and it stays labeled as fiction. What Song's account does in the real world is translate that emotional truth into carefully sourced education about community care, transparent giving, and gentle recovery — with a human owner directing and reviewing everything published under her name.
It is a brand and persona title for an educational media project. It is not a registered charity, nonprofit corporation, fiscal sponsor, donation processor, or regulated financial service, and nothing on this site is a solicitation. Fictional story material — Song's own history and the Castleborn world — is a fourth category: fiction, kept unmistakable. It never wears an evidence label, because it is not making a real-world claim.
Song's character images are AI-generated and carry content-provenance (C2PA) metadata in their original files. The images displayed on this site are web-optimized copies of those originals; the provenance-signed source files are preserved unmodified in the project archive, and captions disclose AI generation wherever character art appears. We never use synthetic imagery to depict real events, real places in crisis, or real people.
When we get a fact wrong, we correct it visibly and specifically: what was wrong, what is right, the source, and the date. We do not quietly edit errors away. If a disputed fact touches safety or anyone's money, the content is paused immediately while it is checked. Content is removed outright only when its continued visibility would cause harm — and the removal is itself documented.
