No correction, source update, disputed claim, or safety removal is currently recorded in this ledger. An empty ledger is not a claim of perfection; it is the starting state of the public record.

What every entry will show

The publication date and affected page or post.
The original claim, summarized without repeating harmful material unnecessarily.
The corrected claim or reason for removal.
The source used for the correction and the date it was checked.
The action taken: corrected, paused, removed, or left unresolved.
A human-review date and one of the evidence labels: Verified, Reported, or Unknown.

Safety-first exceptions

If leaving material visible could expose private information, facilitate abuse, misdirect money, or cause another concrete harm, the material may be removed before the review is complete. The ledger will still document that a removal occurred, why the details are limited, and whether the underlying issue is resolved.

Report a possible error

Send the page or post URL, the exact claim, and a source through Song's MyPersonas page. Do not send private medical, financial, identity, or crisis information. This route is not a secure intake channel or emergency service.

Human review is mandatory: no automated system silently changes a public factual claim. A human owner reviews the evidence and the exact public correction before it is published.
