What this site collects

lifegivingcompassion.com is a static informational website. It has no user accounts, no comment system, no forms, and no newsletter signup (if a newsletter launches later, this policy will be updated first). We do not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or set cookies of our own.

What happens anyway

• Hosting logs: the site is served by GitHub Pages. Like all web hosts, GitHub may log basic technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the service, under GitHub's privacy statement. We do not receive or store those logs.
• Fonts: pages load the Cormorant Garamond and Source Sans 3 typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers, subject to Google's privacy policy.
• External links: links to other sites (IRS, Candid, Charity Navigator, social platforms, and others) leave this site; their privacy practices are their own. Verify where a link goes before entering information anywhere.

Direct messages and social contact

If you contact Song's accounts on Instagram, X, or MyPersonas, that communication happens on those platforms under their policies. Please do not send sensitive personal, medical, or financial information through DMs — they are not a secure channel, a crisis line, or an aid-intake process.

Children

This site is written for adults (18+) and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, children included — because it does not collect information.

Changes

Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes (like adding a newsletter) will be announced on Song's accounts before they take effect.
